I consumed 1710 calories in one meal (not proud) and it's time for a change

Weight Watchers may seem like a weight lose program for women but I have heard about more and more men turning to Weight Watchers to lose some unwanted pounds. My personal goal is to lose 15-20lbs and I believe Weight Watchers may be a good option to try. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
